1. Official Language

The official language of AI in Healthcare 2026 is English. Please note that translation and interpretation services will not be available during the conference.

2. Visa Information

International participants may require a visa to enter the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Nationals from countries exempt from visa requirements for short stays of up to 90 days can enter the UAE without a pre-arranged visa. Participants from other countries may need to obtain a visa prior to travel or may be eligible for a visa-on-arrival, depending on nationality.

3. Conference Proceedings

All submitted abstracts to AI in Healthcare 2026 will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the Scientific Committee. Accepted and registered abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings and published following presentation at the conference.

Selected papers will be considered for publication in reputable international journals and conference proceedings related to artificial intelligence, healthcare, and biomedical engineering. These publications aim to ensure high visibility and academic recognition through indexing in major scholarly databases, subject to journal policies.

4. Awards and Recognitions

AI in Healthcare 2026 is committed to recognising excellence and innovation within the AI and healthcare community. Outstanding contributions will be acknowledged through a range of awards, including a Young Researcher Award for early-career professionals.

Young researchers under the age of 35 who are not holding senior academic or industry positions are encouraged to apply. These awards aim to recognise innovative research, encourage emerging talent, and support the next generation of leaders in AI-driven healthcare.

5. How to Participate

Researchers, clinicians, industry professionals, and students are invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Details regarding abstract submission guidelines, important dates, and award applications can be found on the Abstract Submission page.
